Artesian Spring Water / Hot Water
Our drinking water that flows to the cottage is from an underground spring (not well water) and has no chlorine or chemicals in it. It's tested weekly, tastes like Evian and is SO healthy. We also have a tankless gas water heater with an endless supply of hot water!
Freshly Roasted Coffee & Espresso/Lattes
We provide freshly roasted coffee from local coffee roasters for our guests to be used in the regular coffee brewer or French press. We have a commercial espresso machine and can make lattes, americanos, espresso or cappuccinos for guests upon request.
Laundry Service
If you need a load of laundry done during your stay, we offer one complimentary wash per 3 night stay. Washer/dryer is located in the owner's side of the cottage and not directly accessible for guests.
Private Entrance / Privacy
Cooks Cottage is setup like a duplex. Owners do live in an owners suite on the back side of the property, however the main part of the cottage that you're renting is completely private with it's own entrance and is not shared. The only time you may see us is in the drive or accessing our boat during the summers.

Check In - 4:00PM (till 11PM) Check Out - 11:00AM PAYMENTS 50% charged at time of booking. Remaining 50% charged 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 30 days away, 100% charged. $500 security deposit hold CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. Travel insurance (optional) is offered at time of booking for a nominal charge.
